Individual and Couples Therapy for Anxiety, Relationships, and Life Transitions

San Francisco-Based, Serving Clients Across California

Natalie Doyle, psychotherapist in San Francisco.

I’m Natalie, a psychotherapist supporting thoughtful, capable individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed or quietly unfulfilled - even when life looks “fine” from the outside.

If you’re used to holding it all together while overthinking decisions or feeling distance in your relationships, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect, and build greater clarity and steadiness.

Who I work with

Works with high achievers navigating anxiety, people-pleasing tendencies, and patterns that feel "stuck."

I work with individuals and couples seeking clarity, grounding, and deeper connection with themselves or in their relationships. Many of my clients are:

  • Overthinking decisions or replaying conversations long after they’re over

  • Feeling distance in their relationship and unsure how to shift the dynamic

  • Moving through identity changes, including parenthood or career transitions

  • Struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, or persistent self-doubt

  • Outwardly successful but internally burned out or disconnected

If you’re seeking clarity, grounding, and deeper connection with yourself or in your relationships, therapy can help.

What I offer

Talk therapy for life transitions, career counseling, and relationship support.

Individual therapy

I work with clients to explore deeply-rooted patterns and navigate challenges with greater clarity and authenticity. Many are moving through significant life changes, including becoming a parent or rethinking their career. Individual therapy is a space to uncover blind spots, deepen emotional awareness, and develop strategies to feel more steady, grounded, and connected - both to yourself and others.

Inclusive couples therapy based in San Francisco, online across California.

Couples therapy

I work with couples who feel caught in patterns of tension, miscommunication, or distance. Whether you’re navigating everyday stress, preparing for marriage, adjusting to parenthood, or facing recurring conflict, therapy offers space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and respond to each other in new ways. My approach integrates the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
