Therapy for thoughtful, capable people who feel overwhelmed, adrift, or quietly unfulfilled.

A place to grow with intention

I work with adults to explore deeply-rooted patterns and navigate life transitions and relational challenges with greater clarity and authenticity. Individual therapy is a space to uncover blind spots, gain insight into your emotional life, and develop strategies to feel more steady, grounded, and connected - both to yourself and others.

I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, alongside mindfulness and self-compassion practices.

Anxiety, Burnout, and Perfectionism

You’re overthinking decisions or replaying the same conversations over and over. You're exhausted and not sure why nothing feels like enough. Therapy is a place to slow down, question the rules you've been living by, and strengthen your internal compass.

Boundaries & People-pleasing

You're good at reading the room and keeping the peace. But somewhere along the way you lost track of your own needs. Therapy can help you make sense of those patterns and build relationships that feel more authentic.

Pregnancy, Postpartum & Parenthood

Becoming a parent is profound. It brings up big questions of identity and purpose, and reorients nearly every relationship in your life. As a trained birth doula and a parent, I bring lived experience to supporting new parents.

Career challenges

Whether you're navigating a pivot, stuck in procrastination, or burning out in a career that looks good on paper, therapy can help you understand what's driving the struggle and explore moving towards more alignment.

Life transitions

Change - in relationships, roles, identity - can leave you unsure of who you are on the other side. Therapy is a place to make sense of what's shifting and move forward with more clarity and groundedness.

Working with Natalie

A smiling woman with long brown hair, wearing a white shirt, sitting on a beige couch in a bright room with large windows and a colorful abstract painting in the background.

As humans, we're built to learn and heal in relationships with others. In therapy, we work together to understand and shift how you walk in the world. I take a strengths-based approach, believing that the origin of our behaviors - even those we disavow - come from somewhere that makes sense and was, at least at one time, protective of or valuable to us. I help clients bring curiosity to these dark parts, and to feel safe enough to change.

About my therapeutic style…

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and non-judgemental. My style is kind, honest, and direct, and I am not afraid to bring in humor. I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and prioritize safety and trust.

I care deeply about creating a therapy space where clients feel safe and understood. I approach my work with openness and curiosity about how identity and lived experience shape each person’s inner world and relationships.
