How do I schedule an appointment?

  • You can schedule an appointment through my contact form or by emailing me directly at nataliedoyletherapy@gmail.com.

Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy?

  • I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. I see clients in-person at The Marina Counseling Center (1781 Union Street, San Francisco, CA 94123) and virtually via Zoom.

 

How long and how often are sessions?

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes; I recommend 75-min sessions for couples sessions. Therapy works best on a weekly basis, as consistency is key as we do deeper therapeutic work and build our relationship.

What are your fees?

  • My fee is $175 per 50-minute session and $260 per 75-minute session. I offer some sliding scale spots based on financial need - please reach out for more information.

Do you take insurance?

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their session, will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
