About Natalie
Iām a strengths-based, relational therapist oriented towards connection, truth, and growth. My style is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and prioritize building safety and trust; I check-in with clients frequently and encourage feedback.
My therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, and internal family systems therapy, along with mindfulness and self-compassion practices. For couples work, I leverage the Gottman Method and emotionally focused therapy. I believe in the inherent capacity of individuals to heal and am honored to support you on your journey.
My path to psychotherapy has been enriched by a decade in the corporate world, experience as a birth doula, and an MBA with a focus on coaching. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you navigate your journey towards healing and growth.
