Partnering with leaders to cultivate resilience, effectiveness, and purpose.

Meet Natalie Doyle

A smiling woman with long brown hair sitting on a cream-colored sofa in a well-lit room with large windows, a colorful abstract painting on the wall behind her.

I’m a leadership coach with a background in business and psychology. I spent over a decade in high-pressure corporate roles, including as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group.

I hold an MBA from Stanford GSB and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and co-captained Harvard’s Division I women’s volleyball team - combining leadership of high-performance teams with insight into human behavior. I’m also a parent - I understand the real tradeoffs and realities of balancing many competing demands and dreams.

Cultivate resilience, effectiveness, and purpose

Coaching topics include navigating uncertainty and complexity, building emotional intelligence, managing interpersonal dynamics, sharpening decision-making, and clarifying career direction and purpose.

My coaching style is thoughtful and direct. I bring both strategic clarity and emotional depth to the work - helping leaders think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and navigate challenges with a stronger internal compass. With a background in psychology and business, I get to the core of issues quickly and help clients find solutions that hold.

I also maintain a separate psychotherapy practice; coaching is distinct from therapy and is offered as a non-clinical service.
