Couples therapy for connection, communication, and intimacy

A place to connect more deeply

I support romantic partners in strengthening communication, connection, and intimacy. Couples therapy is a gift to your relationship - a place to invest in understanding each other more deeply and intentionally build the culture of your partnership. My approach integrates the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, guided by a warm, collaborative, and direct style.

Premarital counseling

Couples therapy can help set the stage for healthy communication and relationship patterns. Couples therapy is a place to explore what each person brings into the relationship and what you want to build together.

Transition to parenthood

Becoming a parent is profound - it brings up big questions of identity and purpose, and reorients your partnership. As a trained birth doula and a parent, I bring lived experience to supporting new parents. I am also a Certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator.

Navigating rough patches

Whether it’s rebuilding trust or navigating a new phase, relationship therapy can transform the way you communicate, resolve conflict, and connect emotionally.

Working with Natalie

A smiling woman with long brown hair sitting on a light-colored couch in a bright living room.

As humans, we're built to learn and heal in relationships with others. In couples therapy, we work together to understand and shift how you connect with each other. We all inherit relationship blueprints from our upbringings, lived experience, and culture. In couples therapy, we explore what we individually bring into the relationship and what we intentionally want to build together.

About my therapeutic style…

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and non-judgemental. My style is kind, honest, and direct, and I am not afraid to bring in humor. I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and prioritize safety and trust.

I care deeply about creating a therapy space where clients feel safe and understood. I approach my work with openness and curiosity about how identity and lived experience shape each person’s inner world and relationships.
