I’m passionate about helping people live more aligned, connected, and meaningful lives. I am San Francisco-based and offer therapy virtually across California. I also offer leadership coaching as a distinct non-clinical service.

My background includes a decade in high-pressure corporate roles, experience as a birth doula, and an MBA with a focus on coaching. These experiences shape my grounded, relational approach and inform how I support clients in working towards authentic growth.

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, & non-judgemental

My style is kind, honest, and direct, and I am not afraid to bring in humor. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel safe and understood. I approach my work with openness and curiosity about how identity and lived experience shape each person’s inner world and relationships.

Individual Therapy

I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and prioritize safety and trust.

I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, alongside mindfulness and self-compassion practices.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples to create a safe place to take risks, understand each other more deeply, and intentionally build the culture of their partnership.

My approach integrates the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, guided by a warm, collaborative, and direct style.

Leadership Coaching

My coaching style is thoughtful and direct. I bring both strategic clarity and emotional depth to the work - helping leaders think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and navigate challenges with a stronger internal compass.

Coaching is distinct from therapy and is offered as a non-clinical service.
